Born in Mallorca, Hans is a founding member of ABINI, which he combines with his position as Director of Engel & Völkers Mallorca Suroeste. Active in the real estate sector since 2004, he has accumulated extensive experience in everything related to housing, working with multidisciplinary, international and multi-sector teams. Integration and professionalism are part of the ethically responsible work that ABINI seeks. Housing as a fundamental right is one of the main challenges to be solved in the Balearic Islands. ABINI is committed to collaboration and participation in the search for efficient and realistic models that do not harm the right to private property, free movement of goods and people.

Jorge is Mallorcan born and although he studied and worked in Spain's largest and most dynamic cities, it was absolutely clear to him that one day he would return to Mallorca. Here he can combine his two passions: real estate and competitive sailing, which he has been involved in professionally for many years. Jorge has a DEGREE IN ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. He started his career in real estate in the 1980s and became a partner in Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nova Mallorca, where he is currently managing director and owner. Jorge is an active member of API - the Association of Estate Agents of the Balearic Islands.

Ahmet holds an MBA and an M.Eng. from Cornell University, USA. He has many years of experience in the financial and consulting sector in the United States and in Sweden. After working as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. in Stockholm, he led a medium-sized technology company as CEO. Today, Ahmet is a partner at MallorcaResidencia and responsible for the development of new projects, working closely with private and institutional investors interested in Mallorca. He speaks English, Swedish, German, Turkish and Spanish.

John is originally from the Netherlands, has a degree in Economics and Languages and has been living in Mallorca since 1991. His extensive experience in real estate sales started in 2005 and he is currently a franchise partner of John Taylor in Mallorca Southwest. With more than a decade of experience in real estate, he knows that Mallorca offers the perfect combination of lifestyle, nature and an ideal infrastructure. John, who is also an experienced long distance marathon runner, believes that respect, honesty, transparency and reliability are the main factors that make a real estate professional an expert.

Daniela's original professional experience is in the health and social field. After completing a business apprenticeship in her native Germany, she moved to Mallorca in 2010 and has been working in real estate ever since. She is managing director of Kensington Real Estate for different licensing areas. For her, Mallorca's attractiveness is due to its diversity, cultural richness and it being a safe haven to live in.

Birgit has a degree in Business Administration and, after participating in the ERASMUS exchange programme at the Abat Oliba University in Barcelona in 2000, she decided to stay in Spain. After working in real estate in Marbella, she joined the Engel & Völkers Mallorca Southwest Group in 2004, where she now manages the Santa Ponsa office and works as an international sales trainer. This extensive experience is being put at the service of ABINI to strengthen the training and professional development programmes of its members.
