How to become a member of Abini?

Membership is open to all individuals and legal entities that freely and voluntarily apply for membership.

They must be interested in and aligned with the objectives of our association, in addition to having a direct or indirect relationship with the real estate sector, as well as being able to show their interest. They must comply with all the requirements established for this purpose in the ABINI Statutes and other internal rules, where applicable.

Legal entities must appoint a physical person to represent them before the Association.

Have a higher education degree or an official qualification.

Have at least five years experience in the real estate sector.

Comply with current legislation on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Data Protection.

Be up to date with Social Security and Tax Agency payments.

Have civil liability insurance to cover their professional activity.

Once these requirements have been met, the General Assembly will debate and evaluate the candidates, taking into account aspects such as: image, prestige, ethics, professionalism, previous experience in collaborations, common working methods and philosophy, etc. Finally, a vote will be taken on the admission of the candidates.

New members are admitted once a year at the General Assembly, when the new members are voted in

The membership fee is determined annually at the General Assembly and is payable in one instalment.

By sending an application by email to administracion@abini.es indicating:

- company details

- personal details

- qualifications

Members of the Association may be natural or legal persons who, upon free and voluntary application, have an interest in the purposes of the Association and are directly or indirectly related to the provision of services in the real estate sector, providing that they comply with all the requirements established for this purpose in ABINI's Articles of Association and other applicable internal rules and regulations, where necessary.

Legal entities must appoint a physical person to represent them before the Association.

Individuals or representatives of legal entities wishing to join the Association must meet the following requirements:

1.- Hold a degree in higher education or an official qualification.

2.- They must have at least five years experience in the real estate sector.

3.- They must comply with current legislation on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Data Protection.

4.- Be up to date with Social Security and Tax Agency payments.

5.- Have civil liability insurance to cover their professional activity.

Once these requirements have been met, the General Assembly will discuss the suitability of the candidates, taking into account aspects such as, for example, image, prestige, ethics, professionalism, previous experience in collaborations, shared working methods and philosophy, etc. A vote will then be taken on the admission of the candidates.
